IN-GAME RULES

-Race Chat - Strictly English in /race chat. if you do Archons use /all instead.
Penalty: (1st offense: WARNING, 2nd offense: chatban 7days, 3rd offense: Archon Spot Demotion)

-INAPPRORIATE = In-Game Name
Penalty : ( Change In Game Name )

-Prohibition of insults that are racial / sexual orientation / gender and demeaning to parents
Penalty: Chat Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Disrespecting Staff/ GMs is not allowed. We do not tolerate disrespectful attitude towards any RF PH hybrid classic Staffs in any way.
Penalty: Chat Ban (1st offense: 5-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Illegal MAU Parking Inside the Chip for the purpose of HIDING is PROHIBITED. (the same goes with Tower hiding and Players hiding on parked MAU)
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Healing & Debuffing while in a safe zone is now allowed.
Penalty: no penalty

-Glitching & Hiding in Mau, Chip, hiding NPCs using Mau, passing in a terrain where you can't usually walk and/or hitting a mob where the mob can't hit back or anything that is not clickable.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Force Logout is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Nuking outside Crag Mine or at Crag Mine after CW time is not allowed.
(CW time ends when HSK is dead or race buff is applied.)
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Using chaos potion during CW is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Selling of Council / Race Leaders Account are not allowed and will be Banned
Penalty: [ Permanent Ban ]

-Trash Buffing is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 1-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Promoting other Server is PROHIBITED.
Penalty: Ban ( Permanent Ban )

-Going to a different RACE HQ on purpose is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Abuse of Bugs / Exploiting of Bugs is PROHIBITED.
Penalty: ( 1st Offense : 7 Days Ban ) ( 2nd Offense : Permanent Ban )

-Certain/Tempo/Contribution Points Feed is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Using Towers for farming Purposes inside Cragmine Core is PROHIBITED.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: All Towers will be Destroy, 2nd offense: 7-Days Ban, 3rd offense: 30-Day Ban)

-Sharing of ticket information in public
=>Users found leaking sensitive or confidential information will be temporarily banned for a minimum of 3 days, up to a
permanent ban, depending on the severity of the leaked information.
=>Violations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to the type of information leaked, the user's
history, and any other relevant factors.

-Promoting other SERVERS or other GAMES is PROHIBITED.
Penalty: Ban ( Permanent Ban )

-CB BUFF BUG is not allowed. To remove it you need to join the guild again.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Decieving the staff of the server is Punishable.
Penalty: Ban ( 1st offense: 7 Days, 2nd offense: Permanent Ban)

-Cut skills is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Spreading fake news that can affect the server is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)
Impersonating Staff / GM or using IGN such as GM/ADMIN is not allowed.

-Abuse of Authority = Race Leader Command / Authority.
Penalty: Removal of post [24h/30days ban]

-PUTTING OR PLACING TOWERS IN PB TP AREA (Without the presence of PitBoss) OR SPAWN AREA IS PROHIBITED (i.e WH,LL,, Belphegor Castle,,etc)
Reporting must have proof of evidence (VIDEO or SCREENSHOT must be clear with the IGN of the reported character)

• Players should ask first their race leader to destroy any tower placed in PB areas w/o the presence of PB.

• If the race leader is AFK or inactive. Then the player can file a ticket so the GM can take the responsibility. (A screenshot showing that you DM your race leader is needed before you file a ticket without this, your ticket will be denied).

Penalty:
1st - offense GMs will destroy the tower
2nd offense - 3-day Ban
3rd offense - 7-day Ban
4th offense - 30-day Ban

-Logging out after casting Force Freezing (Bells) and Solid Mode (Acc) constitutes to the same offense as Force Logout.
-Using Any Teleport Scroll is Allowed after the Duration of Force Freezing (Bells) and Solid Mode (ACC)
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 1-day ban, 2nd offense: 7-day ban, 3rd offense: 30-day ban)

-Use of Low Level Account such as 44 and below for RMT is PROHIBITED.
-Selling in Normal, MapChat, Buy, Sell, WholeChat using 44 and below for RMT is PROHIBITED.
-Accomplice, Aiding, or providing stealth to low level RMT is PROHIBITED
Penalty: ( Permanent Ban ) ( IP will be track and all listed accounts on IP will be ban )
